After a long decline, the latest teenage pregnancy figures have shown a year-to-year rise in pregnant teens. As Cynthia Bowers reports, this is the first increase in more than a decade.

    This is more than likely because of poverty and the poor economy. It happened back in the 1600s(date may be off some) and the priests thought it was because of a lack of morals but it was actually because of the economy.
