My Fiance and I have been planning a Jamaica wedding for almost a year but my Grandmother just became to sick to fly. Pretty much anywhere in America is okay though because she can still travel in their RV.

I want a really secluded location by a waterfall or a beautiful mountain lake that can still hold up to 50 people. Please share any cool locations in America where you got married or have gone to a wedding. As much info as you could give would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance.
I live in Colorado so I don't have a shortage of beautiful locations here but I'm looking for something really unique and interesting. Like in a cave or something!

I don't know much about this location, as I only strolled through the place once years ago, but it was absolutely breathtaking and worth looking into.

It's a little chapel in the mountain ranges in Wyoming. It's called the Chapel of Transfiguration, and just looks like a little log cabin chapel on the outside. It's very charming in that respect. The inside, though, is beautiful: the back wall behind the altar is made up of a huge picture window looking over the gorgeous mountain range.

I think it's one of the most phenomenal places a couple could be married.

Update: I know you're looking for cool and unique places, but I'm from Michigan and haven't seen many places that really wow me for a wedding locale. I sincerely do recommend that you look up the chapel I mentioned, because I think it's gorgeous and unique.

Look in Brevard, NC or Transylvania County (same place…just don't know how to best tell you) Dupont State Forest, NC is beautiful, too.

I live in CA & just typed in CA waterfalls & got a huge list of them. Maybe you should search locally first. I have a park right down the street that does weddings on a gorgeous lake with a gazebo & ducks. There are beautiful locations in almost every US State. We have really nice mountain resorts here too. I guess I'm partial to California but I'm sure you can find something workable where you live.

The Smokey Mountains in Tennessee. It is a very beautiful place. It is near Pigeon Forge. I think that is very unique wedding location.
